One prominent feature of Casiano's artwork is the one-eyed figurative, which he describes as a reflection of his alter ego & a self-portrait of his subconscious.
Interestingly, he was painting figures with a single eye even before losing vision in one eye, adding an intriguing element to his artistic journey.
